How It Works

Tiered Tariff System: Domestic consumers benefit from progressive pricing - first 15 units at UGX 250/kWh, units 16-80 at UGX 756.2/kWh, units 81-150 at UGX 412/kWh, and above 150 units at UGX 756.2/kWh.

Service Fee: A one-time monthly service fee of UGX 3,360 applies to your first purchase each month.

VAT & Levies: All rates include 18% VAT as mandated by the Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA).
